We guarantee that you will have your order back in time for Christmas if you deliver your media by post or to a drop-off point on the dates listed below.
We convert your media in the order in which they are received – so the sooner you deliver them, the faster you will receive them back.
You can send your media directly to us by post.
Our promise for Christmas: We guarantee that we will return your order by 16 December 2025 at the latest if you book the Priority service by 4 December or the Express service by 10 December. The table below shows the deadlines and the maximum quantities that we can digitise for you by this date.
Please note: Delivery in time for Christmas is guaranteed only with direct download.

**In order to meet the deadlines, you receive a download link in addition to USB storage. This is for free, exclusively if you book Priority or Express
You can also drop off your media in person at a MEDIAFIX drop-off point. Your media will be brought to our headquarters and returned to the drop-off point once they’re ready. The transfer time between the drop-off point and our headquarters is included in the overall processing time.
