Hans is the founder and CEO of MEDIAFIX and very proud of his staff.
Sometimes he is a bit distracted and forgets his book with all his notes in the conference room. Fortunately, it always turns up again.

Christoph is the co-founder and CTO. Together with his team, he develops the digitsation equipment and continuously optimises it to provide best results to our customers.
He would love welding everywhere possible at MEDIAFIX, but has to surrender to safety concerns.

As the management’s right-hand man, Julian prepares important decisions, takes care of safety issues or supports other departments. In project management, he was involved in planning our new facility.
In his free time, he loves working on his motorbike.

As HR manager, Hendrik is responsible for recruiting and personnel development. He always has an open ear for his colleagues and ensures a positive working environment.
In addition to his work at MEDIAFIX, Hendrik is active as a sports psychologist. In his free time, he explores the world and constantly looks out for new adventures.

As a team leader in sales/customer service, Ouafaa’s charming and pleasant personality not only puts her department in a good mood, but also ensures that our customers feel they are in good hands at MEDIAFIX.

Ute is a true original of the customer service team. With her many years of experience, she gives good and helpful advice to our customers.

As a people person, Anke likes to find perfect solutions for our customers. From her time as former graphics designer, she loves working with analogue media.
She rides her bike in all weather conditions and appreciates everything that is colourful.

She likes to drink everything except for coffee and champagne, loves eating homemade cucumber salad and is a fan of green things.

Özge supports our customers with help and advice and is a real win with her funny personality. She is mostly available at the reception desk in Cologne helps our customers with any questions they may have about their order.
She doesn’t really like to drink plain water – but an energy drink is always good.

As production manager, Lucas is responsible for the entire digitisation team including the whole process. He is also the contact person for personnel matters and in-house coordination.

Kira is responsible for a proper production flow so that orders are finished on schedule. She also keeps optimising the production process.
She is also known for her great smell. If you’re looking for her, you just have to follow your nose.

Daniel ensures that the digitisation process runs smoothly so that deadlines are always maintained. He is also available to answer all their order-related questions.
He absolutely loves energy drinks.

Ömer is responsible for the quality management team. Together with his team, he checks that all the digitised photos and films meet internal quality guidelines.
He has a passion for unusual animals – whether it’s possums, armadillos or monitor lizards.

Kai keeps track of all marketing activities, such as the website, advertising and PR. He also provides his team with advice and support.
He played with Mesut Ozil in the youth team, but has since retired from football.

As a millennial, Julian optimises internal processes, assists in sales management and marketing.
He is a part-time worker and holds the record for the most chillies eaten by a European in a chilli restaurant in Yogyakarta (Indonesia).

Sigrid takes care of everything French in the company and knows the French from the inside and out. ‘You wouldn’t say that in France.’
In winter, she goes on skiing holidays and has to shed a tear every time she leaves the mountains.

Julia is the team leader of the accounting department and ensures proper preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. She always has an open ear for her colleagues.
When she’s not playing with numbers, she enjoys taking care of the office plants or travelling the world.

Dave helps to develop and optimise our technical equipment and also takes care of maintenance, right down to providing technical support to our employees. He always keeps a sense of humour.
He also likes wo work on PCs, enjoys travelling and is interested in martial arts and music.

His joyful aura surrounds people and technology and if this shouldn’t be sufficient, he will find a solution. Research and developing absolutely fulfil him.
Despite his height of 5″8 feet, it is important to him to always be at the same level as his colleagues.

Hicham started out as a working student, he quickly promoted and now holds the position of Junior Head of Logistics.
In addition to work, he focuses on his family, travelling and FC Barcelona.

As deputy warehouse manager, Denis takes great care of our orders, from arrival to dispatch. Sometimes even beyond that, since Denis is also part of our complaints department.
His motto is “Everything for the team spirit.”

Sonja helps out in the warehouse wherever she is needed and is responsible for incoming orders and dispatching our orders.
She has two dogs from the animal rescue center that keep her busy at home.
