In the next step you can download and print your personal order form. The services you have chosen are already marked on it. You can still make handwritten adjustments if you want something changed. Make sure that you indicate these changes clearly, for example with a coloured pen.
When you’re satisfied with your selection, sign the order form. We cannot digitise your media without your signature.
Pack your media and enclose the signed order form.
Make sure to pack everything up so that it is suitable for transport, e.g. in a solid cardboard box. In this way, your media are safe and secured.

Our standard processing time is six weeks. We are able to complete more than 90 % of the orders after only two to four weeks. In phases of particularly high capacity utilisation or when booking complex additional services, the processing time for individual orders may be longer.

When we finished digitising your media, we will calculate the exact price. This takes into account the media you have supplied as well as the selected quality levels and additional services. You can find a detailed price list in our list of prices and services.
You will receive your invoice from us by e-mail. You can pay by bank transfer. More detailed information will be provided in the e-mail.
After payment, we will send your digitised media as well as your originals back to your delivery address as an insured parcel.
In case of a transfer via Dropbox or WeTransfer, you will receive the link by e-mail right after receipt of payment.
